How do I cancel my subscription?
In the app: You → Account → “Manage subscription”. Or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → hustless. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
I bought a subscription but the app doesn’t see it
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID, then tap “Restore purchase” on the subscription screen or under You → Account.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get a free trial through the App Store. During the trial the AI features have daily limits. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically.
How do I delete my data?
You → Account → “Delete data” removes your data from this device and, with iCloud sync on, from iCloud and your other devices. Deleting the app alone does not remove the iCloud copy (Settings → your name → iCloud). Your subscription is not cancelled by this — see above.
How much can I use the AI?
Plenty — hustless is made for the moments before a purchase, and there’s room for all of them. Every day you get up to 10 “I’m here” conversations of up to 20 turns each (up to 150 a month), and up to 20 AI Insights. When no new expenses have come in, your Insights open instantly from where you left them, and you can ask for a fresh look up to 3 times a day for each period. The free trial includes 5 conversations and up to 5 Insights a day.
These fair-use limits keep hustless fast and available for everyone. We may adjust them over time.
The AI isn’t answering
The AI features need an internet connection and an active trial or subscription. If it still doesn’t work, write to us and tell us roughly when it happened.

Πώς ακυρώνω τη συνδρομή;
Μέσα στην εφαρμογή: εσύ → Λογαριασμός → «Διαχείριση συνδρομής». Ή στο iPhone: Ρυθμίσεις → το όνομά σου → Συνδρομές → hustless. Ακύρωσε τουλάχιστον 24 ώρες πριν την ανανέωση, για να μη χρεωθεί η επόμενη περίοδος.
Αγόρασα συνδρομή αλλά η εφαρμογή δεν τη βλέπει
Βεβαιώσου ότι είσαι συνδεδεμένος με το ίδιο Apple ID και πάτα «Επαναφορά αγοράς» στην οθόνη συνδρομής ή στο εσύ → Λογαριασμός.
Πώς λειτουργεί η δωρεάν δοκιμή;
Οι νέοι συνδρομητές έχουν δωρεάν δοκιμή μέσω του App Store. Κατά τη δοκιμή οι λειτουργίες AI έχουν ημερήσια όρια. Αν δεν ακυρώσεις πριν λήξει η δοκιμή, η συνδρομή ξεκινά αυτόματα.
Πώς διαγράφω τα δεδομένα μου;
Το εσύ → Λογαριασμός → «Διαγραφή δεδομένων» σβήνει τα δεδομένα σου από τη συσκευή και, αν ο συγχρονισμός iCloud είναι ενεργός, και από το iCloud και τις άλλες συσκευές σου. Η διαγραφή της εφαρμογής από μόνη της δεν σβήνει το αντίγραφο στο iCloud (Ρυθμίσεις → το όνομά σου → iCloud). Η συνδρομή δεν ακυρώνεται έτσι — δες παραπάνω.
Πόσο μπορώ να χρησιμοποιώ το AI;
Άνετα — το hustless είναι φτιαγμένο για τις στιγμές πριν από μια αγορά, και έχει χώρο για όλες. Κάθε μέρα έχεις έως 10 συζητήσεις «Είμαι εδώ» των έως 20 γύρων (έως 150 τον μήνα) και έως 20 AI Insights. Όταν δεν έχουν μπει νέα έξοδα, τα Insights σου ανοίγουν αμέσως εκεί που τα άφησες, και μπορείς να ζητήσεις φρέσκια ματιά έως 3 φορές τη μέρα για κάθε περίοδο. Η δωρεάν δοκιμή περιλαμβάνει 5 συζητήσεις και έως 5 Insights την ημέρα.
Αυτά τα όρια ορθής χρήσης κρατούν το hustless γρήγορο και διαθέσιμο για όλους. Μπορεί να τα προσαρμόζουμε με τον καιρό.
Το AI δεν απαντά

サブスクリプションを解約するには？

無料トライアルについて
新規登録者は App Store を通じて無料トライアルを利用できます。トライアル中、AI 機能には 1 日あたりの上限があります。トライアル終了前に解約しない場合、サブスクリプションは自動的に開始されます。
データを削除するには？
あなた → アカウント →「データを削除」で、この端末のデータが削除されます。iCloud 同期がオンの場合は、iCloud と他の端末のデータも削除されます。アプリを削除しただけでは iCloud のコピーは削除されません（設定 → 自分の名前 → iCloud）。これによってサブスクリプションは解約されません（上記をご覧ください）。
AI はどれくらい使えますか？
たっぷり使えます。hustless は買い物の前のひとときのためのアプリで、そのすべてに対応できます。毎日、最大20往復の「ここにいる」会話を最大10回（月最大150回）、AI インサイトを最大20回利用できます。新しい支出がなければ、インサイトは前回の続きからすぐに開き、各期間につき1日3回まで新しい視点を求められます。無料トライアルでは会話5回と、1日最大5回のインサイトをご利用いただけます。
これらの公正利用の上限は、hustless を快適で誰でも使える状態に保つためのものです。今後調整する場合があります。
AI が応答しない
AI 機能にはインターネット接続と、有効なトライアルまたはサブスクリプションが必要です。それでも動かない場合は、おおよその日時を添えてご連絡ください。

¿Cómo cancelo mi suscripción?
En la app: Tú → Cuenta → «Administrar suscripción». O en tu iPhone: Configuración → tu nombre → Suscripciones → hustless. Cancela al menos 24 horas antes de la fecha de renovación para que no te cobren el siguiente período.
Compré una suscripción pero la app no la reconoce
Comprueba que hayas iniciado sesión con el mismo Apple ID y toca «Restaurar compra» en la pantalla de suscripción o en Tú → Cuenta.
¿Cómo funciona la prueba gratis?
Los nuevos suscriptores reciben una prueba gratis a través del App Store. Durante la prueba, las funciones de IA tienen límites diarios. Si no cancelas antes de que termine la prueba, la suscripción empieza automáticamente.
¿Cómo elimino mis datos?
Tú → Cuenta → «Eliminar datos» borra tus datos de este dispositivo y, con la sincronización con iCloud activada, también de iCloud y de tus otros dispositivos. Eliminar solo la app no borra la copia de iCloud (Configuración → tu nombre → iCloud). Esto no cancela tu suscripción; mira más arriba.
¿Cuánto puedo usar la IA?
Bastante: hustless está hecha para los momentos previos a una compra, y hay espacio para todos. Cada día tienes hasta 10 conversaciones «Aquí estoy» de hasta 20 turnos cada una (hasta 150 al mes) y hasta 20 análisis de IA. Cuando no han entrado gastos nuevos, tus análisis se abren al instante tal como los dejaste, y puedes pedir una mirada nueva hasta 3 veces al día para cada período. La prueba gratis incluye 5 conversaciones y hasta 5 análisis al día.
Estos límites de uso justo mantienen hustless rápida y disponible para todos. Es posible que los ajustemos con el tiempo.
La IA no responde
Las funciones de IA necesitan conexión a internet y una prueba o suscripción activa. Si aun así no funciona, escríbenos y cuéntanos más o menos cuándo ocurrió.
